The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that regulates the protection of personal data of EU residents. Developer Command Center is fully committed to GDPR compliance through our privacy-by-design approach.
Right to Access
You can download all your personal and vault data directly from your dashboard in standard JSON/CSV formats.
Right to Be Forgotten
Deleting your account permanently removes all your associated data from our servers instantly.
Data Minimization
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide the core service (Email & Billing).
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
Our Role as Data Processor
When you store encrypted secrets in Developer Command Center, you are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor. Because we process only encrypted blobs of data, the risk to your personal data is significantly mitigated by technical barriers.
DPA (Data Processing Agreement)
Business customers requiring a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one at compliance@devcomcenter.com.
