Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 02, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Developer Command Center ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Developer Command Center provides a locally-encrypted vault for managing developer credentials. The service includes cloud-based synchronization for encrypted data.

3. Security Responsibilities

Because the Service is Zero-Knowledge:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password.
  • If you lose your Master Password, your data is lost forever. We cannot reset it or recover your data.
  • We recommended making regular manual exports/backups of your vault.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our 7-day money-back guarantee policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to store data that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer Command Center shall not be liable for any data loss, financial loss, or security breaches resulting from user negligence (e.g., losing Master Password) or infrastructure failures beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
